How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your shipment directly on our website using your order ID.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain value. For orders below that threshold, a nominal shipping fee is applied at checkout based on your location.
What is the return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for most products. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take up to 7-10 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
